The Alberta government has launched the Ukraine Help Line to provide assistance to Ukrainian evacuees settling in our province. If you have any inquiries about the services and supports offered by the province to Ukrainian newcomers, please get in touch with the Ukraine Help Line:
- The Help Line offers support in English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages.
- Operating hours are from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays.

If you are a Ukrainian in need of housing, please email us at info@ukrainiansinalberta.ca. When writing the email, please indicate the city where you plan to arrive, the date of arrival, and the number of family members who require housing.
